Structurally, boiler systems are divided into two. These are water-tube boilers and flame-smoke tube (scotch) boilers. When we examine the boiler structure; In the flame-smoke tube (scotch) boilers: water has a greater volume in fire-smoke tube boilers and fire provides heat by passing through the tubes. In the water-tube boilers, on the other hand, water is located in the tubes and heat transferred is ensured from the exterior of the tubes. In the worst conditions and situations, for example, if the boiler lack water, this may cause the boiler to explode. Since water volume is divided with tubes in water-tube boilers, a problem in the lowest tubes can be noticed immediately and it is fixed with minimal damage. Water-tube boilers are also called safety boilers.

Water-tube boilers called “safety boilers” are named according to their structural specifications as Type A, Type D, and Type O. Whereas, a Headed Boiler is produced only by Çiftel Kazan. Compared to other systems, tubes are placed between 2 plates called headers. Tubes are then fixed with bolts and in case of an emergency, lids can be opened and changed when necessary.

The system is fed by a coal weighing integration and with the correct amount of air, it maximizes the energy received from the solid fuel and then the leftovers are removed with helezons. Thanks to its self-cleaning module, particles at the sizes of microns are removed.

Cast iron parts of the rotating broiler are resistant to high heat and are warranted for 5 years. Grain coal which has a lower heat value of 4800 Kcal and coals of nuts and walnuts can be ignited by adding breakers. The biomass fuel which you want to use can be integrated into the system with spraying method.

In order to maximize the system a project is prepared and can easily be integrated into your existing system following your existing system is examined and feasibility studies are conducted.
